The user’s manual is a part of the On & Gone Professional Battery Powered 16 Ltr.
Sprayer. Please maintain for future reference. Read the user manual carefully prior to
operation. If you have any doubt, contact the supplier. The On & Gone BP Sprayer
should be operated, maintained and repaired by a those who are familiar with its
performance in order to use the sprayer in a safe manner. Mold Science Technologies
holds no liability for compromised performance, damage, and human injuries resulting
from unauthorized modification of the sprayer.
This sprayer has been developed to apply chemicals such as On & Gone, Gone 4 Good,
and OSR Dry. It is not recommended to apply Mold Science Technology products with
cold or warm foggers and airless paint sprayers. The On & Gone BP Sprayer is classified
as an extended life disposable unit. This sprayer is expected to perform as designed for a
period of 90 days of proper usage and maintenance. Improper use, tampering, or failure
to maintain unit will result in a shorter life span of the sprayer.
Product Overview
On & Gone BP Sprayer is designed for back-mounting with comfortable shoulder padded
straps or with built-in side grips for a safe operation. It also performs well in stand alone
use. On & Gone BP Sprayer is designed to alleviate the hand pumping action required
with manual (garden type) sprayers typically used to apply liquid chemicals. On & Gone
BP Sprayer is equipped with a diaphragm pump and powered by a 12V/8Ah lead-acid
rechargeable battery. The On & Gone BP Sprayer reduces labor significantly and
increased efficiency 3 to 4 times higher than that of a hand pump sprayer. Other
advantages include variable pressure, uniform atomization, high penetration and fast and
easy application of the On & Gone mold stain remover product.
Structure
The On & Gone BP Sprayer is compose of a 16 Ltr/ 4.0 gal. high-strength spray tank, a
padded back cover, a 12V/8Ah battery, diaphragm pump, spraying tips , 12’0’’ spray
rubber hose, shut-off, spray boom, padded shoulder straps, strainer, and three-stage
charger.
