11. Troubleshooting

11.1 Possible problems and solutions 

This centrifuge has a self-diagnostic function. If a problem occurs, an error/warning code will be displayed 

on the time display screen, and the operator can determine the malfunction with the alarm code below. 

Symptom

Nothing  appears  on  the  screen  when 

the POWER is turned on.

Install again the rotor

Weighting  scales,  install

Before lock the rotor, rotate it, and observe carefully if 
there  is  obvious  vibration,  if  so,  please  take  off  the 
rotor,  turn  some  angle  and  install  it  again,  until  the 
rotor rotates smoothly, then, lock it firmly.
