PRIOR THE FIRST USE
After unpacking, all accessories of this food processor shall be washed in hot water; you shall read
operation manual and make familiar with all components of this appliance.
OPERATION
DOUGH MIXING / KNEADING FUNCTION
Place the food processor container (B1) on working unit (A) so that the handle is on the right side of
this appliance. Lock the container, turning it counterclockwise till the fastening catches snap. Place
the mixer for dough kneading (D2) in the food processor container (B1), on the driving shaft (A1).
Place products to be processed in the container. Place cover (B2) and turn it counterclockwise until
the catch will snap. Place pusher (B3) in the cover. If necessary, add products through the hole in this
cover. When job is finished, turn switch (A2) to „0” position (A5). This machine can knead 0,5 kg of
dough within ca 45 seconds. It can knead up to 1 kg of dough within ca 45 to 60 seconds. It is possible
to mix up to 0,9 of thin dough, e.g. for pancake, within 20 seconds.
ATTENTION!
The kneaded dough must not make a ball, this can damage the food processor. It is recommended to
use speed 1 or 2, if necessary –

CHOPPING FUNCTION
Place the food processor container (B1) on working unit (A) so that the handle is on the right side of
this appliance. Lock the container, turning it counterclockwise till the fastening catches snap. Place
cutting knife (D1) in the food processor container (B1) on driving shaft (A1). Place products to be
chopped in the container. Place cover (B2) and turn it counterclockwise until the catch will snap.
Place pusher (B3) in the cover. If necessary, add products through the hole in this cover. When job is
finished, turn switch (A2) to „0” position (A5).
ATTENTION!
The knife has attachment protecting against injury. Be careful not to injure when putting the knife
into container.
It is recommended to use speed 1 or 2, if necessary –

CUTTING, RUBBING, SLICING FUNCTIONS
Place the food processor container (B1) on working unit (A) so that the handle is on the right side of
this appliance. Lock the container, turning it counterclockwise till the fastening catches snap. Install
one of the selected disks (C1), (C2), (C3), (C4) on the disk scraper (C5). Place disk scraper (C5) in the
food processor container (B1), on driving shaft (A1). Place cover (B2) and turn it counterclockwise
until the catch will snap. Install pusher (B3) in the cover. Put products though the hole in the food
processor cover. When job is finished, turn switch (A2) to „0” position (A5).
When using any of disks use speed position 1 in the beginning. Then you can increase speed to
position 2, if necessary.
