with 3 short beeps and then start at speed 1.2 km/h. Press the +/- keys

distance (FIELD 1) and the time (FIELD 6) will count from zero. During

To select a program, press the PROGRAM button (BUTTON 8) until you find the desired
program.
With the program selected, it is necessary to inform the program parameter(s) before starting
the training. The parameter to be changed by the speed buttons (BUTTONS 9 and 10) will be
blinking periodically.
PROGRAM 1 - TIME
Program completes training when the total time informed is reached. Select the duration of
the training (from 3 to 60 minutes) using the speed button (BUTTONS 9 and 10). Confirm the
selected time and start the training using the START button (BUTTON 11). During training,
the total time field (FIELD 2) will display the remaining time of the training.
PROGRAM 2 - DISTANCE
Program finishes a training session when reaching the distance informed. Select the total
distance for training (between 0.5 km to 99 km) using the speed buttons (BUTTONS 9 and
10). Confirm the selected distance and start training using the START button (BUTTON 11).
During training, the total distance field (FIELD 1) will display the remaining distance to be
covered during training.
