cables to the Motor Controller as shown. U, V or W is marked on three Cables.
9) Remove four bolts (B9), washers (W2) and four nuts (N2) and then lift the Drive Motor (M1)
out.
10) Install a new Drive Motor in the reverse order of removal and then connect the three Cables
from the Drive Motor to the Motor
Controller. Keep in mind that each three
cables should be connected exactly as
shown. In other word, connect the
Cable “W” to rightmost terminal, Cable
“V” to second rightmost terminal and
Cable “U” to third rightmost terminal.
11) Re-install two Covers of the Motor
Controller in the reverse order.
12) Install the Motor Drive Belt onto the
Drive Motor Pulley and then refer to
“How to Adjust Motor Drive Belt Tension” to adjust the tension of the Motor Drive Belt.
13) Refer to “How to Align Striding Belt” and “How to Adjust Striding Belt tension”.
