4.2. NOSE WHEEL RECEPTION

If you forget to raise the platform, it is not possible to drive. It is only possible to drive with the platform
down when the back door is open to drive onto nose wheel.
4.3. FULLY AUTOMATED NOSE WHEEL RECEPTION
By pressing the button „ 5 “ on the panel of MOTOTOK a fully automated loading process can
be chosen.
Drive MOTOTOK centred on the nose gear of the aircraft until the nose wheel is standing
against the platform of the sliding table. Push the button „
M “ – the loading process begins
automatically. To detach the nose gear automatically press button „ M “ again.
During the whole process of loading and unloading a red signal lamp „ 2 “ flashes and a
warning alarm beeps to indicate the activity of this process.

With the nose wheel mounting open and the lifting platform lowered, the
MOTOTOK is driven up centred on the nose wheel fuselage of the aircraft
until the nose wheel is standing against the plate of the sliding table.
The hydraulic door opens and closes by pressing the side button „ M “ on
the remote control. The securing clamp automatically moves in and up. It
is advisable to check once more visually that the securing clamp is also
locked correctly.
Now the sliding table is activated using the rocker switch „ B “ on the remote
control. The sliding table is driven up to the nose wheel until it stops auto-
matically. The sliding table stops by itself when the required contact pres-
sure is reached.
Now the lifting platform can be raised by double clicking on the push but-
ton on the side of the remote control „ O “.
