If NOT OK check Q1102 then
U200 NOTE1 or Faulty.
If OK check Q252 NOTE1 or
Faulty.
Is there RVCO_275
voltage on pin 6 of U250.
Check Q1102 then U200
NOTE1 or Faulty.
Are there RVCO_DCS
and RVCO_PCS on pins 3
and 4 of U250 ?
Check U250 and U200
NOTE1 or Faulty.
If still NOT OK check also
U800 NOTE1 or Faulty.
NOTE1 : check if any components mentioned are
correctly positioned , have not dry joint and aren't
not phisically damaged .

Check U400
measuring the resistance between pin 4 and
pin 6 of U400 to Ground.
(remove power supply)
If they are OK GO TO L on pg.12
else replace U400.
Put Pcb in Test mode and digit 9821#
450062# for GSM,
9820# 450700# for DCS,
9822# 450661# for PCS.
Is there the correct signal on pin 1 of
U250 ?
(GSM 1347.4 Mhz, DCS 1442.8
Mhz, PCS 1560 Mhz).
