Installing the SIM Card

IMPORTANT: The following procedure must be performed only in non-hazardous environment.

Prerequisites:
Your radio is equipped with a SIM/microSD card slot.

Prepare Phillips torque bit and 2.7+0.2/-0.0 in-lbs torque screwdriver.

Procedure:

1 Remove the battery.

2 Unscrew the M2 countersunk Phillips screw that secures the SIM card door to the chassis.

3 Remove the SIM card door (1).

IMPORTANT:
Ensure that the screw O-ring (3) remains attached to the screw (2) all the time. If any of
these elements appear damaged, replace them.

4 Slide the SIM card into the SIM card door. Pay attention to the correct position of the notched

corner.
