16 Use and Care
Note: Closing the phone flip doesn’t end a call when
the handsfree speaker is turned on (for m ore
infor m ation about the handsfree speaker, see
page 38).
store a phone number
You can store a phone nu m ber in your Phonebook .
Note: You can store a phonebook contact in
phone memory or on your SIM card . The storage
location for new contacts is deter m ined by your
phonebook view. To set the phonebook view, see
page 52.
Note: Contacts on the SIM card only have a na m e and
nu m ber.
1 Enter a phone nu m ber in the ho m e screen.
2 Press Store .
3 If necessary, select the nu m ber type:
Mobile Phone Cont a ct , Home Phone Cont a ct , Work Phone Cont a ct , or
SIM Cont a ct .
4 Enter a na m e and other details for the phone
nu m ber. To edit details, scroll to the m and press
the center key

5 Press Done to store the nu m ber.
