Before you try to copy a file to another device ,
m ake sure the receiving device is on and ready in
discoverable m ode.
1 On your phone, scroll to the object that you want
to copy to the other device.
2 Press

, then select:
• Copy for a photo, picture, video, or sound file.
• Sh a re Cont a ct > Bluetooth for a phonebook entry.
• Send > Bluetooth for a datebook event or
book m ark.
3 Select a recognized device na m e, or [Look For Devices]
to search for an unrecognized device where you
want to copy the object.
Note: Once you connect your phone to a Bluetooth
device, that device can start a si m ilar Bluetooth
connection with your phone. Your display shows the
Bluetooth indicator

when there is a Bluetooth
connection.
receive files from another device
Before you try to receive a file from another device ,
m ake sure your phone’s Bluetooth power is on (see
page 24).
1 Send the file fro m the device.
If your phone and the sending device don’t
recognize each other, place your phone in
discoverable m ode so the sending device can
locate it. Press

Bluetooth Link > Setup
> Find Me .
2 Press Accept to accept a file fro m another device.
Your phone notifies you when file transfer is
co m plete, and saves the file.

You can send a photo, picture, m essage, phonebook
entry, or datebook event fro m your phone to a printer
that supports Bluetooth connections.
