Configure Cameras
The
camera properties
panel gives you control over camera properties (settings) such as:
•
camera name
•
motion sensor quiet period
•
length of video clip to capture
•
picture brightness, contrast, quality
•
picture caption
To display the
camera properties
panel:
1.
Click on the
Config
icon
(located at the right of each camera entry in the Device Overview device list).
2.
You can use the
camera properties
panel to change one or more settings for a specific camera, or revert to
default settings. Changed camera settings will take effect after you click the
OK
button. To close the
camera
properties
panel without making any changes, click on the
CANCEL
button. To return all settings to default
values, click on the
DEFAULT
button.
3.
After you click the
OK
button, a confirmation message (or an error message) will be displayed. Click
OK
to
dismiss the message. The
camera properties
panel will remain open so that you can make further changes.
