Utility Requirements
Typically,
your
ENERGY GATE SYSTEM
requires a main compressed air supply capable of at least
1
SCFM
per dryer at
60PSI
.
Pull
the two 1/4" air lines (one
GREY
, one
BLACK
) from the air panel (located in the leg)
ENTRANCE SOLENOID
VALVE
to the closest entrance side
ENERGY GATE UNIT
. Using the supplied 1/4” air line
TEE
fittings, pull two
more air lines from the first
ENERGY GATE UNIT
to the second unit (also located on the entrance side of the dryer
unit) like shown on picture #3 below. If your dryer configuration has only one producer on the entrance side, connect
the air lines directly to the air gate w/o using the TEE fittings.
