pass through the filter element, in order to confirm whether there is crack, pierced hole or other
damages. Cleaning the main filter element with oil or water is strictly prohibited.

The main filter element shall be replaced after having working for 1000 to 2000 hours. In the
meantime, the safety filter element shall be replaced.

The filter element assembly shall be replaced in the following cases:

The filter element is broken.
◆
The warning device is still giving alarm after a clean filter element has been mounted.
◆ After the filter element has been cleaned up for 3 to 6 times.
◆ When replacing a filter element, the operator must use the filter element of a reliable quality
in order to guarantee the reliability of engine. It is recommended to purchase the genuine parts.
4.6.7 Hand press oil pump use
Function: It can realize pre-lubrication before starting.
Reciprocating the handle to achieve oiling; switch has 3 positions for controlling the oil direction,
to achieve the corresponding function.
(1) Neutral position: the oil is shut down. When not using a hand press pump, the switch should
be placed in neutral position.
(2) Pre-lubrication position: Before the engine starts, the switch is placed in the pre-lubrication
position, the handle can be shaken to achieve pre-lubrication of the engine bearings, bearings and
other friction pairs, and can drain the air pump to achieve engine start After quickly oiling. This
operation reduces wear, prolongs the life of the engine, and makes the engine start more smoothly.
(3) emptying position: the sump oil sucked out to the engine outside. Use when changing the oil
in the oil pan.
