Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
90g Caster Sugar
90g Brown sugar
115g butter
1 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
175g flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Method:
Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla to the Mixing Bowl

Victoria Sponge
Ingredients:
175g soft butter or margarine (butter will produce a richer mix)
175g caster sugar
4 large eggs (weigh eggs in shells and then use same weight)
1 tsp baking powder
175g self-raising flour

Place the butter or margarine, sugar, baking powder and flour in the Mixing Bowl

Scones
Ingredients:
225g/8oz self-raising flour
Pinch of salt
55g/2oz butter
25g/1oz caster sugar
150ml/5fl oz milk
1 free-range egg, beaten, to glaze (alternatively use a little milk)
Method:

Heat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Mix together the flour and salt and rub in the butter.

Stir in the sugar and then the milk to get a soft dough.
