15. STORAGE
1. Lay the mattress on a flat surface and upside down
2. Roll-up the mattress from the head end towards the foot end
3. Foot-end strap can then be stretched around the rolled pad/ mattress to prevent unrolling
CAUTION: Do not fold, crease or stack the mattresses.
16. MAINTENANCE
The LEVITAS devices by MORETTI are checked carefully and supplied with EC mark, once launched
on the market.
The products are intended to offer safe and reliable operation when used or installed accor- ding to
the instructions provided by the manufacturer, who recommends that the system be inspected and
serviced by authorized technicians if there are any signs of wear or concerns with device function.
Otherwise, service and inspection of the devices generally should be done every 2 years.
16.1 General maintenance
1. Check main power cord and do not plug it if there is an abrasion or excessive wear.
2. Check mattress cover for signs of wear or damage.
3. Disconnect the air tube from the mattress. Then check the airflow coming from the two
air outlets on the pump. They should be alternately delivering air when the pump is set
at “alternate” mode.
4. Check the air hoses if there is kink or breaks. For replacement, please local distributor.
16.2 Air filter replacement
1. Open the air filter cap located at the back of
pump.
2. The filter is reusable and can be washed
gently with a mild detergent and water. Dry
the filter before use.
3. Check and replace air filter regularly if envi
ronment is dirty.
17. CONDITIONS OF DISPOSAL

At the end of its life, the product must not be disposed of along with other domestic waste. The
users must dispose of this equipment by bringing it to a specific recycling point for electric and
electronic equipment or at retailers that provide this service. By ensuring these batteries are
disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potentially negative consequences for the environment
and human health which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of the battery.
