Troubleshooting:

Android: 

when you’re looking at your forms list within the app, if you long press 

the menu button an option to leave the org will appear. 

On iOS: 

you’ll need to open the settings of the device and navigate to the ‘Forms’ 

app settings. There will be a slider to leave the organization the next time you 

open the app. After enabling this, just open the app to join the other organization.
