03E.09 Connect Moixa Smart Battery to WiFi
Description:
The Moixa unit needs to be connected to the internet for the system to report
data on performance, and to enable Moixa to monitor the unit status .
This will involve:
a)
Launch the Moixa maintenance App to record details of the job
b)
Check if the unit is running correctly from the front panel indications – check
Power and Battery level indicators. If not then you will need to proceed to
change the SD card / recharge the batteries as needed before moving to the next
step
c)
Place the unit in AP mode by setting bypass switch to on, pressing mode but-
ton, and then clicking out of bypass mode. The unit will now transmit a WiFi sig-
nal. Connect a laptop or smart phone to this network and navigate the browser
to http://10.74.8.254/ Enter the broadband ID and password exactly into the
form on the broser and submit. The unit should now connect to the Moixa serv

er and start sending data.
d)
Ring Moixa technical team and request that they login to the unit to be able to
see the data live from the unit.
e)
Press submit on the Moixa app to send details of the job to the Moixa team.
Timing:
Approx 30 minutes will be required for this work.
