03E.07 Swap Moixa Smart Battery unit for a replacement
Description:
The Moixa unit has a fault that cannot be fixed in the field, or that takes more
time than is available to a field engineer to fix, and so the unit needs to be
swapped for a replacement.
This will involve:
a)
Launch the Moixa maintenance App to record details of the job
b)
Isolate the Moixa Smart Battery at the consumer unit, shut down the Moixa
Smart Battery, remove the 2 battery modules and place them to one side.
c)
Remove the cover from the rotary isolator, disconnect the Moixa unit from the
terminals of the isolator, remove the screw holding back the base of the Moixa
unit to the wall, loosen the two screws on which the Moixa unit hangs, remove
the Moixa unit and put to one side.
d)
Remove the replacement unit from packaging and hang on the screws, replace
the screw holding the base, wire the replacement unit to the rotary isolator and
replace cover. Put the battery modules onto the Moixa unit, switch on the unit.
e)
Check that the unit is online and reliably sending data. Ring Moixa technical
team, report that work is complete and request that they login to the unit to
check that it is working correctly.
f)
Press submit on the Moixa app to send details of the job to the Moixa team.

Approx 1 hour will be required for this work.
