03E.08 Check non-invasive (clamp) meter locations
Description:
The Moixa unit relies on data from clamp on sensors to determine when it
should charge and discharge, sometimes the clamps are not in the right position
and this needs to be corrected.
This will involve:
a)
Launch the Moixa maintenance App to record details of the job
b)
Note the position of each of the clamps, for example the PV clamp is inside the
consumer unit and clamped round the live of the output from the inverter.
c)
Ring Moixa technical team and request that they login to the unit to be able to
see the data live from the unit. Working with the Moixa team amend the location
of the clamps until reliable data is being produced. You will need to have access
to a hand held clamp meter to do this.
f)
Press submit on the Moixa app to send details of the job to the Moixa team.

Approx 1 hour will be required for this work.
