Perform the following after initial purchase and operation of the HD-101R.  

(A) 

Check and adjust V-belt 

tension following 1st 48 hours 

of operation (See V-belt  

Inspection) 

new mainTenanCe

To extend the life of the HD-101R, the following procedure should be performed after each use. 

Lubricate all points listed below with light oils such as, 3 in 1, WD-40, etc.  

(D) 

Lubricate the Guide Bar and 

the Roller Wheel Assembly
