Position Movable Cutting Table
to the front of the saw and
raise the Blade Guard.
Tighten wing-nut

Locate the Shaft Lock push
button on the underside of
the Cutting Head
(C)
Depress and hold the Shaft
Lock pushbutton and remove
Retaining Nut and Outer
Flange using the Blade Wrench
noTe: The Adjustable Cutting Guide can be used on either side of the Diamond Blade.

Loosen Adjustable Cutting
Guide retaining thumbscrew
and place it over the Movable
Cutting Table Ruler/Stop
(B)
Place the Adjustable Cutting
Guide onto the Movable Cutting
Table Ruler/Stop and tighten
the retaining thumbscrew

Raise Cutting Head and Install
Diamond Blade
onto Blade Shaft
(E)
Verify the Blade is seated on
the Blade Shaft and direction
of rotation is correct
(F)
Install Retaining Nut and Outer
Flange, depress and hold the
Shaft Lock pushbutton
and tighten
