Operation

4.5 Brake Release

WARNING

•

Do not tilt the tabletop while the emergency brake release handle is in the “UNLOCK”
position.
The patient may fall from the operating table.

•

When the emergency brake release handle is returned, press

to release the

brake. If the operating table operate without releasing the brake, the table will be
moved with its brake released, so that the patient may fall off. After releasing the

brake, make sure to fix the operating table.

Emergency brake release handle

In case of electrical trouble, operating table can be moved by using the
emergency brake release handle.
Follow the procedure below to release the brake.

1.

Turn the emergency brake release handle toward
“UNLOCK”.

The brake will be released.
