Safety instructions
The warranty will lapse for damage due to non-compliance with
these operating instructions. We shall not be liable for any conse-
quent loss!
We do not accept liability for damage to property or personal
injury caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the
safety instructions. The warranty will lapse in such cases.
The exclamation mark in the triangle indicates that the informa-
tion provided next to it is of particular importance in the operating
instructions. Read through the operating instructions completely
before setting up the device; they include important information
for correct operation.
The lightening symbol in a triangle warns you against unprotect-
ed live components or elements on the inside of housing. Contact
with these components or elements can be fatal.
• For safety and licensing (CE) reasons, unauthorised conversion and/or modifica-
tions to the product are not permitted.
• As source of voltage only a correct mains socket (230V/50Hz) for the public supply
system may be used.
• Make sure that the device is commissioned correctly. Observe these operating
instructions thereby.
• When setting up the product, make sure that the mains cable is not pinched or
damaged by sharp edges.
• Devices which are operated on the mains voltage must be kept out of the reach of
children. For this reason, be particularly cautious when using the device in the
presence of children. They may try to poke objects into the device through open-
ings in the housing of a device. There is the risk of a fatal electrical shock!
• Never pour out liquids above electrical appliances and never leave objects filled
with liquids (e.g. vases) in the vicinity. There is the greatest risk of fire or of a fatal
electrical shock! If fluid does leak into the device, disconnect the power plug from
the mains socket immediately and consult a specialist.
