<Judgment Method>

Measure the resistance between each of the SCRM pins and judge if there is a failure or not by the resulting values.

<Judgment Values 1>

Check between G and K.
Use the smallest resistance range on the tester.
Judgment Value: 1.5 ohm 80 ohm
