Cooling performance
Does not cool well.
Ice melts.

Has enough time passed after installation?
It takes 4 to 5 hours for the refrigerator to cool, and in summer it
can take 24 hours or to fully cool.

Is the temperature set to
[L]
?
Set the temperature as you like, for example by changing the setting
to [M] or [H] or by setting the supercool freezing compartment to
[FRZ H ].

Is the flow of cold air being blocked? Are the
doors being opened frequently, or is there
food caught in a door and the door is not fully
closed?
Create space between foods and remove any foods that are
protruding from the shelf or are in contact with the top of the case.
Avoid opening the doors as much as possible for a while.

Is heat discharging being blocked? Check
that there is space around the refrigerator
and that the refrigerator is not exposed to
direct sunlight.
Check that the refrigerator is installed correctly, including ensuring
sufficient space around it .

Food freezes in
the refrigerator
and vegetable
compartments.

Is the temperature on the operation panel set
to [H]?
Set the temperature to [M] or [L]. The temperature may temporarily
decline depending on various settings.

Is food with a high water content stored at
the rear of the shelf close to the air outlets?
Drinks and food with a high water content such as tofu,
vegetables, and fruit should be placed
at the front of the shelf or
in the door pockets . Low-fat and low-sugar foods may be more
likely to freeze.

Is the ambient temperature 5°C or less ?
Foods inside the refrigerator compartment or vegetable
compartment may freeze. Setting the temperature to [L] will reduce
the possibility of freezing.

Is the water supply pipe or water tank
installed correctly without any lifting?
If a foreign substance is caught and the pipe or tank is lifted
or there is a gap, strong cold air may flow into the refrigerator
compartment. Make sure that these parts are installed securely.
