Is the flow of cold air being blocked? Are the
doors being opened frequently, or is there
food caught in a door and the door is not fully
closed?
Create space between foods
and remove any foods that are
protruding from the shelf or are in contact with the top of the case.
Avoid opening the doors as much as possible
for a while.

Is heat discharging being blocked? Check
that there is space around the refrigerator
and that the refrigerator is not exposed to
direct sunlight.

Drinks and
food with a high water content
such as tofu,
vegetables, and fruit should be placed
at the front of the shelf or
in the door pockets
. Low-fat and low-sugar foods may be more
likely to freeze.

Is the ambient temperature
5°C or less
?
Foods inside the refrigerator compartment or vegetable
compartment may freeze. Setting the temperature to [L] will reduce
the possibility of freezing.

installed correctly without any lifting?
If a foreign substance is caught and the pipe or tank is lifted
or there is a gap, strong cold air may flow into the refrigerator
