Remote control operation and Liquid Crystal Display
1) ON/OFF
Press the E button to operate the unit.

Each time the J button is pressed, the set temperature rises by 2 deg.
Each time the

button is pressed the set temperature falls by 2 deg.
If the J or I button is continually pressed, the set temperature rises or falls by 2 deg. per 0.5 sec.

If the button is pressed, the modes change in the following order :
(AUTO STOP)

(TIMER OFF), and the respective mode are displayed on the liquid crystal display
panel.

ITime setting
Timer time can be set by the button. Each time the button is pressed, the time increases by 1 hour. If the
button is continually pressed, the time increases by 1 hour pr. 0.5 sec. Time setting is in 1 hour units for up to 24
hours.
In this example, the AUTO STOP is selected and 8 hours later the air
conditioner will be turned to off. The time display will change in 1 hour
units, showing the remaining time.

The timer mode automatically memorizes the previous time setting. When the timer mode is repeatedly used, the pre-
vious time setting is set automatically. (Use the button to change the time setting)

Timer cancel device
To cancel the timer setting, push the POWER

button.
5) Fan speed
Press the button to change between low and high speed, "LOW" or "HIGH" is displayed according to the mode.
6) "Self-diagnostic" function ( H )
Press the
H
button twice to start the "self-diagnostic" function. "Unit address" and "check code" are alternately dis-
played in the set temperature display.
7) "TEST RUN" mode
Press the button twice to start the test run mode. The TEST RUN is easily available, regardless of season.
