Short-circuit the terminals and of the compulsory
defrosting terminals (CN7M) on the control board to actuate
the compulsory defrosting function and check whether the
defrost heater is working properly.

Check the door switch for continuity.
• Open and close the refrigerator door several times and
check that the interior LED will be turned on and off (interior
LED should get turned off when the door comes 10 mm
close to the refrigerator body .)
• Close the refrigerator compartment door until the LED is
turned off . Open and close the ice making compartment
door , and from the space of refrigerator compartment
door, check that the interior LED is turned on and off.
Perform the self check. Check whether any error is dis-
played.
Check whether the connector CN5D, CN9S on the control board and the 4-pin wire to
wire connector for the fan motor on the ice making compartment are properly connected.
