EXTRA ORDINAR Y MAINTENANCE
To access the devices that check the principal functions of the machine,proceed as it follows:
BRUSHES MOTOR
1. Remove the recovery tank front the rudder through the hook
(F).
2. Close the faucet of regulation of detergent
(A)
solution.
3. Disconnect the pipe of detergent
(B)
solution.
4. Remove the detergent solution tank.
5. Operate on the brush motor
(Q).
ASPIRATION MOTOR
1. Remove the recovery tank front the rudder through the hook
(F).
2. Close the faucet of regulation of detergent
(A)
solution.
3. Disconnect the pipe of detergent
(B)
solution.
4. Remove the detergent solution tank.
5. Operate on the aspiration motor
(R).
DETERGENT ELECTRICAL VALVE
1. Remove the recovery tank from the rudder through the hook
(F).
2. Close the faucet of regulation of detergent
(A)
solution.
3. Disconnect the pipe of detergent
(B)
solution.
4. Remove the detergent solution tank.
5. Operate on the electrical valve
(S).
BRUSHES TRANSMISSION
1. Remove the recovery tank from the rudder through the hook
(F).
2. Close the faucet of regulation of detergent
(A
) solution.
3. Disconnect the pipe of detergent
(B
) solution.
4. Remove the detergent solution tank
5. Remove the cap of protection of the brush.
6. Operate on the transmission par
ts.
ELECTRICAL PLAN
1.Remove the recovery tank from the rudder through the hook(F)
2.Unscrew the screws of fixing of the back Carter on the rudder (T).
3.Remove the posterior cap from the rudder.
4.Operate on the electrical parts.
Check Panel
1.Unscrew the screws of fixing of the commands panel
(U).
2.Extract the commands panel paying attention to the connections.
3.Operate on the electrical components
