REGELMÄSSIGE WARTUNG
REINIGUNG DES SCHMUTZWASSERTANKS
1. Rückgewinnungstank mithilfe des Hakens
(F)
vom Steuer lösen.
2. Schlauch
(N)
auf der hinteren Seite der Maschine in der Hand halten.
3. Abflussverschluss öffnen und den Rückgewinnungstank entleeren.
4. Verschluss entfernen, um zum Tank zu gelangen.
5. Tank ausspülen und mit einem Wasserstrahl reinigen.
ACHTUNG:
Mit Schutzhandschuhen arbeiten ! Kontakte mit gefährlichen Lösungen möglich.
SAUGFUSS-REINIGUNG
Um beste Resultate zu erzielen, müssen die Gummis vom Saugfuß immer sauber bleiben. Zur Reinigung:
1. Maschine durch den Steuerhebel
(Abb. 4)
anheben.
2. Innern gründlich reinigen.
3. Gummis gründlich reinigen.
ERSATZ VON SAUGFUSSGUMMI
Den Verschleiß des Gummis prüfen und diese eventuell auswechseln.
Für das Auswechseln wie folgt vorgehen
1. Schmutzwassertank mithilfe des Hakens
(F
) vom Steuer lösen.
2. Hahn zur Regulierung des Flusses der Reinigungslösung
(A)
schließen.
3. Schlauch der Reinigungslösung
(B)
abtrennen.
4. Frischwassertank entfernen.
5. Befestigungsschrauben vom Saugfuß
(O)
lockern.
6. Saugfuß aus der Halterung entnehmen.
7. Schrauben am Saugfuß, welche die Gummiklingen blockieren, lösen und herausnehmen.
8. Gummiklingen entfernen.
9. Gummi ersetzen.
10.Alle Teile erneut montieren, wobei die oben genannten Vorgänge in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge ausgeführt werden

ORDINÄRY MAINTENANCE
RECOVERY TANK CLEANING
1. Remove the recovery tank from the rudder through the hook
(F)
.
2. Grasp the pipe
(N)
sey on the back pari of the machine.
3. Open the cork of unloading and empty the recovery tank.
4. Remove the cork to access the tank.
5. Clean the tank with a throw of water.
ATTENTION:
This Operation must be performs using some gloves to protect from the contact with dangerous
Solutions.
SQUEEGEE CLEANING
Check that the rubbers of the squeegee are al-ways cleaned for having a good drying. For their cleaning it is
necessary:
1. Lift the machine making lever on the rudder
(Fig.4).
2. Carefully clean the inside.
3. Carefully clean the rubbers.
SQUEEGEE RUBBERS SUBSTITUTION
Check the State of usury of the squeegee rubbers and eventually change they. For the Substitution it is necessary:
1. Remove the recovery tank from the rudder through the hook
(F).
2. Close the faucet of regulation of detergent
(A)
solution.
3. Disconnect the pipe of detergent
(B)
solution.
4. Remove the detergent solution tank.
5. Unscrew the screws of fixing of the squeegee
(O)
.
6. Get off the squeegee from the support.
7. Unscrew the screws on the squeegee that they stop the rubbers and to unthread they.
8. Remove the rubbers.
9. Replace the rubbers.
10. Reassemble all repeating to the inverse one the aforesaid operations
