Low-Light Alert
If the measured illuminance is less than about 5 lx (0.5 fcd), some of
the measured values on the display will blink. The blinking display lets
you know that the illuminance is low.
Specifically, the following values will blink to alert you of this condi-
tion: x, y, u’, v’, T,
∆
uv,
∆
x,
∆
y,
∆
u’,
∆
v’, and
∆
u’v’.
Over Alert
If any of the measured values exceeds the measurement range, the
display will show a blinking “
-0- ” in place of the measurement results.

low illuminance)
