The MacOS PostScript printer setup dialogue
You call the printer setup via your application’s print dialogue.

The following screenshots show Microsoft Word’s printer dialogue.
Printer dialogues from other applications may differ slightly.

In the application first click [File] and then select [Print].
The printing dialogue appears.

In the lower drop-down list at the upper left corner select the prefered
entry.
The printer setup dialogue provides the following entries:

[General] – Here you enter general options for document output.

[Microsoft Word] – Here you enter specific options depending on
application.

[Background Printing] – Here you enter the print job’s priority.

[Cover Page] – Here you enter whether the printer puts out a page with
printing information before or after a print job.

[Color Matching] – Here you enter the color information (color/gray
scale) the printer gets from the computer.
G
[Layout] – Here you enable/disable duplex printing and n-up printing.
G
[Error Handling] – Here you specifiy the printer’s error handling when
a PostScript error appears.
