remove it by releasing the linchpins.

The two supports that are permanently
bolted on remain on the e.base.

when calculating the permissible payload.

6 Modifying the e.base using the e.base XT
extension kit
When using the e.base XT extension kit, the
use of side positioning lights is a legal
requirement.
Ø
Mount the side positioning light on the
e.base.

Remove nut.
o
Screw on side light.
Ø
Open the cable sheath at this point.
Ø
Connect the wires e.g. with a suitable
quick connector clip (driver's side:
white to grey-black, brown to brown
and passenger side: white to grey-red,
brown to brown)
Ø
Seal the open area again.
Ø
Check that the lights are working
(continuous lights)
