The “no BUFFER” message means that the instrument was calibrated in less than three points.
• Calibration alarm time-out status. The meter displays “OFF” if the function is disabled,
or the number of days before the calibration alarm will be displayed (e.g. 5 days), or from the
time calibration expired (e.g. –3 days).
• Instrument Identification Code. When using several identical meters it may be useful to
uniquely identify them by assigning an ID code to each meter.

Last EC calibration data is stored automatically after a successful calibration. To view the EC
calibration data, press the GLP/ACCEPT key while in EC measurement mode.
The instrument will display the time (hh:mm:ss) of the last calibration as in pH GLP mode.
