TECHTRONIC INDUSTRIES' warranty is for 5 year since the original purchase date.
This warranty card covers any defect in material and workmanship on this Power Tool.
To make this warranty valid, present this warranty card, sealed/stamped by the distributor or store where you purchased the product, to the
Authorized Service Center (ASC). Or, if this card has not been sealed/stamped, present the original proof of purchase to the ASC.
Call toll-free 1 800 832 1949 to fi nd the nearest ASC, for service, parts, accessories or components.
Procedure to make this warranty valid
Take the product to the ASC, along with the warranty card sealed/stamped by the distributor or store where you purchased the product, and
there any faulty piece or component will be replaced without cost for you. We will cover all freight costs relative with this warranty process.
Exceptions
This warranty is not valid in the following situations:
a) When the product is used in a different manners from the end-user guide or instruction manual.
b) When the conditions of use are not normal.
c) When the product was modifi ed or repaired by people not authorized by TECHTRONIC INDUSTRIES.
Note: If cord set is damaged, it should be replaced by an Authorized Service Center to avoid electric risks.

LIMITED WARRANTY - USA AND CANADA
Every MILWAUKEE power tool (including cordless product – tool, battery pack(s) & battery charger and Work Light – cordless fl ashlight) is war-
ranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair
or replace any part on an electric power tool which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship
for a period of fi ve (5) years* after the date of purchase. Return of the power tool and a copy of proof of purchase to a MILWAUKEE factory
Service Center location or MILWAUKEE Authorized Service Station, freight prepaid and insured, are required for this warranty to be effective.
This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE
authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
*Every MILWAUKEE V™-technology (V18™ & V28™) LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack and M18 XC LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack is warranted for fi ve
(5) years / 2000 charges from the date of purchase, whichever fi rst occurs. The fi rst 1000 charges or 2 years of the warranty, whichever fi rst
occurs, are covered through free replacement of the defective battery. This means that for the earlier of the fi rst 1000 charges or two (2) years
from the date of purchase/fi rst charge, a replacement battery will be provided to the customer for any defective battery free of charge. Thereafter,
the remaining charges up to a total of 2000 or the remainder of the fi ve (5) year period from the date of purchase, whichever fi rst occurs, will
be covered on a pro rata basis. This means that every customer gets an additional 1000 charges or three (3) years of pro rata warranty on the
V™-technology LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack and M18 XC LITHIUM-ION Battery Pack depending upon the amount of use.
*The warranty period for ALL other LITHIUM-ION Battery Packs is two (2) years from the date of purchase.
*The warranty period for M12 2-Beam Laser & M12 Power Port, Ni-CD Battery Packs, Job Site Radios, and Trade Titan™ Industrial Work Carts
is one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Registration is not necessary to obtain the applicable warranty on a MILWAUKEE product. The manufacturing date of the product will
be used to determine the warranty period if no proof of purchase is provided at the time warranty service is requested.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVERY MILWAUKEE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE

• N’utilisez pas cet appareil près d’une pièce
d’eau.
Ne plongez jamais l’appareil dans un liq-
uide et empêchez du liquide de circuler à l’intérieur
de l’appareil. La pénétration d’eau dans l’appareil
augmente le risque de choc électrique.
• Ne nettoyez l’appareil qu’avec un chiffon sec.
Certains nettoyants et solvants détériorent le
plastique et l’isolation des pièces. Ces nettoyant
incluent par exemple l’essence, la térébenthine,
les diluants à laque ou à peinture, les solvants
chlorés, l’ammoniaque et les détergents d’usage
domestique qui en contiennent. Débarrassez les
ouïes des débris et de la poussière. Gardez les
poignées de l’appareil propres, à sec et exemptes
d’huile ou de graisse.
• Ne bloquez pas les ouïes d’aération.
Installez
l’appareil conformément aux consignes du fabri-
cant.
• N’installez pas l’appareil près de sources
de chaleur telles que radiateurs, bouches de
chaleurs, poêles ni d’autres appareils (y compris
les amplifi cateurs) qui produisent de la chaleur.
• Ne neutralisez pas la fonction de sécurité de la
fi che polarisée ou du type mise à la terre.
Une
fi che polarisée a deux broches, dont l’une est plus
large que l’autre. Une fi che du type à mise à la terre
a elle aussi deux broches, plus une de mise à la
terre. La broche la plus large et la troisième ont pour
but d’assurer votre sécurité. Si la fi che fournie ne
se branche pas dans votre prise, demandez à un
électricien de remplacer la prise démodée.
• Protégez le cordon d’alimentation pour que
personne ne marche dessus ou ne le pince
,
en particulier au niveau des fi ches, des prises
de courant et des points où il sort de l’appareil.
Ne maltraitez pas le cordon. Ne transportez pas
la radio par son cordon et ne débranchez pas la
fi che en tirant sur le cordon. N’exposez pas le
cordon à la chaleur, à des huiles, à des arêtes
vives ou à des pièces en mouvement. Remplacez
immédiatement un cordon endommagé. Les cor-
dons endommagés augmentent le risque de choc
électrique et peuvent causer un incendie.
• N’utilisez que les raccords ou les accessoires
spécifi és par le fabricant.
• Débranchez cet appareil pendant les orages
avec éclairs ou en cas d’inutilisation prolon-
gée. Débrancher l’alimentation de la prise
lorsque l’outil n’est pas utilisé.
• Brancher l’alimentation uniquement dans une
prise facilement accessible afi n de pouvoir
débrancher rapidement l’appareil.
• Utiliser uniquement cet appareil dans un lieu
bien ventilé.
• Faites effectuer toutes les réparations par du
personnel d’entretien qualifi é.
Il est nécessaire
de faire réparer la radio lorsqu’elle a subi des dom-
mages quelconques; si, par exemple, le cordon
d’alimentation ou la fi che est endommagé, si du
liquide a été renversé ou si des objets sont tombés
dans la radio, si celle-ci a été exposée à la pluie ou à
l’humidité ou si elle ne fonctionne pas normalement.
L’entretien ou la réparation d’un outil électrique par
un amateur peut avoir des conséquences graves.
• Une radio alimentée par batterie intégrée ou
par bloc-batteries séparé ne doit être rechar-
gée qu’à l’aide du chargeur spécifi é pour la
batterie.
Un chargeur adapté à un certain type
de batterie peut créer un risque d’incendie s’il est
utilisé avec d’autres batteries.
• N’utilisez une radio alimentée par batterie
qu’avec les blocs de piles spécifi és.
L’utilisation
de toute autre batterie peut créer un risque
d’incendie.
• Lorsque le bloc-batterie n’est pas en service,
maintenez-le à l’écart d’autres objets mé-
talliques tels que trombones, pièces de mon-
naie, clés, clous, vis ou autres petits objets
métalliques pouvant connecter une borne à
l’autre.
La mise en court-circuit des bornes d’une
batterie peut entraîner des étincelles, des brûlures
ou un feu.
• Évitez tout contact corporel avec des surfaces
mises à la terre telles que la tuyauterie, les
radiateurs, les cuisinières, les réfrigérateurs.
Le risque de choc électrique est plus grand si
votre corps est en contact avec la terre.
• N’utilisez pas d’adaptateur de fi che.
• Lorsque vous utilisez une radio à l’extérieur,
employez un cordon prolongateur pour
l’extérieur marqué « W-A » ou « W ».
Ces cor-
dons sont fabriqués pour être utilisés à l’extérieur
et réduisent le risque de choc électrique.
• Ne faites pas vous-même le démontage de la
radio ni le rebobinage du système électrique.
• N’exposez pas cet appareil à l’égouttement ou
aux éclaboussures, ou ne placez pas dessus
des objets contenant des liquides.
