3.1.2   Press and Hold the ALM button, then apply power Press the Trigger button 4 times. After 4 

seconds, the unit will enter into IR calibration mode. 

3.1.3   Press ALM button to skip "25°C" as this is for factory calibration only. 
3.1.4   32°F or O°C degrees will then appear for next calibration point. 
3.1.5  Set  the  IR  calibrator  at  stable  specified  temperature  to  be  calibrated  e.g.  0,  50,  100, 

250,450, -20 deg.C. The calibrator can be verified by standard reference thermometer as 

shown in Figure 1 if necessary. 

3.1.6  Position correctly the IR opening towards the black body target source at "3 inches" apart 

for  Fluke  9133  or  "11  inches"  for  Fluke4181.  Ensure  that  the  sensor  could  only  view  the 

target. Fixture is recommended for convenience use. See Figure 2. 

3.1.7  Press Trigger button to confirm. "PASS" will display. 
3.1.8  Press ALM button to select the next desired temp. calibration point. 
3.1.9  Repeat step 4.1.5-1.8 for 50, 100,250,450, -20 deg. remaining calibration points. 
3.1.10  You can skip any calibration points by pressing "ALM" button until the unit will exit and turn 

off. 

3.1.11  Once exit, the unit will default to Normal Temperature Mode.
