Inspection and Warranty Registration
The TURF TIGER™ Spreader is shipped from your Millcreek Dealer completely assembled and ready
for operation. Inspect your new spreader thoroughly upon receipt to ensure that it has been shipped to
you in a satisfactory manner. Immediately notify the freight company and your Millcreek dealer in case
of shipping damage, shortage(s), and/or errors.

Warranty Registration
Following inspection of your new spreader, locate the Millcreek Warranty Card in the literature packet
shipped with your spreader. For proper warranty registration, Millcreek requires that you fill out the warranty
registration card and return it
within 30 days
