Open the drum door.

Load the drum.
Unfold the laundry and load loosely in
the drum. To achieve best results it is
advisable to make up mixed loads con-
sisting of both large and small items.
This improves the washing effect and
helps distribute the load evenly during
spinning.
Overloading causes creasing and re-
duces cleaning efficiency.
Do not exceed the following maxi-
mum loads:
Cottons . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 6.0 kg
Minimum iron . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3.0 kg
Delicates / Synthetics . . . . . . . . . . 1.5 kg

Close the drum door.
Make sure that no garments are caught
between the drum door and the seal.

Add detergent and fabric
conditioner or liquid starch if
required.

Open the stopcock.
To start the programme

Turn the programme selector to
the required programme

“Programmes” - “Overview”).

Select additional option if
required.
Press the additional option button re-
quired (see “Programme chart”).
The additional option can be de-
selected by pressing the button again.
