Problem
Possible cause and solution
After the cooktop is ac‐
tivated,
appears in
the timer display for
several seconds.
The system lock or safety lock is activated.
Deactivate the system lock or safety lock (see
"System lock / Safety lock").

One or more of the sensor buttons are covered, for
example by fingers, food boiling over or by an object.
