Crisp function
Crisp function
(moisture reduction) only
appears when the top oven is selected.
It is a good idea to use the
Crisp function
when cooking food which has a moist
topping, e.g., quiche, pizza, sheet pan
bakes with fresh fruit toppings, or
muffins.
Poultry in particular gets a nice crisp
skin with this function.
Turning on Crisp function
The
Crisp function
function can be used
with any operating mode and has to be
turned on separately for each cooking
program.

the display with its corresponding
recommended values.
Set the values for the cooking
program and confirm with
OK
.
