Please refer to the installation
diagram supplied with the appliance.

,

In order to reduce the risk of

steam damage, the area around the
machine should be limited to
furniture and fittings that are
designed for use in commercial
wash environments.

The washer-disinfector must be in a
stable and level horizontal position.

Use the front screw feet to compensate
for unevenness in the floor or to adjust
the height of the appliance.

If the screw feet are tightened all the
way in, you can use casters to move
the washer-disinfector forward and
backward.

Installation options for the
washer-disinfector:

– Free-standing *)

– Side-by-side or in an installation

space (slide-in) *)
The washer-disinfector should be
installed in a space next to other
appliances or furniture or in a
suitable space. The space must be
at least 90 cm wide and 70 cm deep.

*) only when the appliance is covered
by a lid.

– Under a countertop:

The washer-disinfector should be
installed under a continuous
countertop or the run-off board of a
sink. The space must be at least 90
cm wide, 70 cm deep and 85 cm
high.

Depending on your requirements for
under-counter installation, contact
Miele Customer Service for the proper
kit:

Cover plate (countertop protection)

The underside of the countertop is
protected from steam damage by a
cover plate.

Important for appliances with a
steam condenser (depends on mo-
del):

To prevent steam damage to the
countertop, the adhesive protective foil
(25 x 58 cm) delivered with the
washer-disinfector needs to be
attached underneath the countertop in
the area where the steam condenser is
located.
