Maintaining the drying unit

To ensure thorough cleaning without
recontamination, the air filters have to
be exchanged after their life cycle
(coarse filter = 100 operating hours,
clean room filter = 500 operating
hours).

1. Changing the coarse filter

The coarse filter is located on the dry-
ing unit behind the unit’s front panel,
which can be pulled out.

After 100 operating hours, this coarse
filter needs to be replaced. Please note
the total operating time that is dis-
played on the drying hour meter on the
sticker supplied with the filter.

Grip the inlet grill on the right and
left-hand side and pull up out of the
retainers. Then pull downwards and
remove.

Remove the perforated plate.
