CVA 4062/CVA 4066/CVA 4068 Coffee Systems

7.  Open the service door. See Figure 051-13. 
8.  If necessary, remove the bottom rear panel retaining screws and bottom rear 

panel. 

9.  Pull off the drain tube from the decompression vessel. See Figure 051-19, Item 1. 

The ceramic valve is located at Figure 051-19, Item 3. 

10. Remove the 2 spring clips from the 2 water lines at the front of the ceramic valve. 

See Figure 051-20, Item 1. Disconnect the water lines.

11. Remove the 2 T10 screws securing the ceramic valve to the side panel (screws are 

located next to the solenoid mounting bracket).  

12. Free the ceramic valve, then remove the 2 spring clips securing the water line at 

the rear of the valve (brown elbow). See Figure 051-20, Item 2.
