合上盖子。

使用     按钮选择菜单上的    。

选择烹饪时间。默认时间为1小时。

显示时间闪烁时,仅可使用“时”和“分”按钮。

牛奶

准备 

升牛奶。

全脂牛奶做出的酸奶比低脂牛奶浓稠。

如果希望做出更浓稠的酸奶,可在液态奶中加入 

大勺奶粉。

还可以使用复原奶粉或罐头炼乳。

做酸奶

应杀死牛奶中的细菌,防止其与酸奶发酵剂中的细菌竞争。

加热牛奶时,确保酸奶发酵剂达到室温。

打开盖子。
