Changing the cooking plates

You may change the cooking plates for making sandwiches.
1.  Release the clip which holds the cooking plate.
2.  Remove the cooking plate from the unit.
3.  Replace the cooking plate for making sandwich. Makes sure that both

plates are securely locked.
