PM_CHARGING_OFF : Charge control deactivated
PM_CHARGING_NORMAL : Charge if the state of charge of the
rechargeable battery is <50%.
PM_CHARGING_SOLAR : Charge continuously, if possible, and the
supply or charging voltage V IN is above 16V
