Invalid ESCAPE sequence

Element (text, variable, graphic, character
set or macro) is missing, invalid parameter

Invalid flash
The queried information is returned instead of error code “0” for frames
which require a response (“read out point from the display”, “digital in-
puts and
outputs”).
The error code in the response frame always relates to the last partition
frame (at multiple ESC-sequences).
