Give the 3V3 voltage value of the SFP plugged into Line 1 and Line 2, read from the
Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (Unit = V). The following formula must be applied to the
returned value in order to obtain the actual voltage:
3V3 (Volts) = AV/10000
