The crispiness is dependent on the
water content of the potato varie-
ty and the quantity of oil.
Dry the potatoes carefully and
cover them with about 1/2 table-
spoon of oil.
Cut the potatoes into smaller piec-
es.
Use a little more oil to fry the chips
a little more crisp.

ner. This may be a local collection point for old appliances. Seek the advice of your local authority
about the local options for disposing of waste.
Before disposal cut off the cable.
