WARRANTY
The following warranty service can be expected:

Two-year warranty on the scooter components: Footboard, complete front
assembly and brake pedal. All wearing parts, small parts and screws are excluded
from this warranty.
●
6 months warranty on the battery after day of handover/receipt of the scooter.
Battery capacity after 600 cycles 80% of the original rated capacity.

[email protected]. Micro will reply within 48 hours
to diagnose and check the warranty status of your electric scooter.
Both warranty and out of warranty service claims will be presented
with reasonable solutions to address your problem or issue.Please
check the Service Form on page 30.
Scope of warranty services
Warranty service processes
Services that do not fall under warranty as well as the cleaning of scooters delivered in
an unclean condition, will be billed at the standard hourly rate including all incurred
costs for materials and transport.

Any service rendered under warranty (repair/replacement) does not extend the
original warranty.
●
Any claims other than those mentioned above do not apply.
●
The terms of the Micro warranty do not affect the statutory rights of persons taking
into ownership a new Micro Commuter.
