9. GARANZIA – WARRANTY-
ГАРАНТИЯ
Il sistema di aspirazione oggetto del presente manuale, quando propriamente installato e operante in
condizioni normali di funzionamento, è garantito da MGF S.r.l. da difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione
per un periodo di ventiquattro (24) mesi dalla data di acquisto da MGF S.r.l. o dal distributore MGF S.r.l.
Per ottenere il riconoscimento della garanzia, l’acquirente è tenuto a rivolgersi al rivenditore MGF entro
e non oltre 30 giorni dalla data del difetto e a inviare formale richiesta scritta ad MGF S.r.l. utilizzando gli
appositi moduli di reclamo materiale in garanzia disponibili presso MGF S.r.l. e sul sito MGF S.r.l.

). E’ fondamentale presentare copia cartacea del documento di acquisto del
prodotto. MGF S.r.l. non risponde di alcuna garanzia senza la presentazione del documento di acquisto
del prodotto. Il cliente è responsabile dei costi di trasporto del prodotto fino ad MGF in ogni caso.
La garanzia non è estesa ad alcuna attrezzatura o materiale che può essere soggetta a cattivo utilizzo,
mancanza di manutenzione, negligenza, danno accidentale o di transito di questa unità di aspirazione.
Questa garanzia espressamente esclude ogni altra garanzia o estensione. La responsabilità di MGF è
relativa al prodotto e non eccede in alcun caso il valore del prodotto stesso. Qualsiasi estensione della
garanzia non espressamente autorizzata da MGF S.r.l. è a carico del cliente.
MGF non è responsabile di eventuali danni indiretti, includendo danni a prodotti, perdite di tempo,
perdite di profitto, costi della manodopera, danni a persone o cose. Il cliente è responsabile della
determinazione dell’idoneità del prodotto in caso di vendita finale o rivendita, dell’eventuale suo utilizzo
in ambiti, macchinari o assemblaggi al di fuori del suo utilizzo standard. Questa garanzia può essere
modificata solo da personale autorizzato MGF attraverso una specifica nota scritta.
MGF Suction System, when properly installed and operated under normal conditions of use, are
warranted by MGF S.R.L. to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of
twenty-fourth (24) months from the date of purchase from MGF S.R.L or an authorized MGF’ s
Representative. In order to obtain performance under this warranty, the buyer must promptly (in no
event later than 30 days after discovery of the defect) give written notice of the defect to MGF S.R.L.
or a representative in your country, presenting a written claim using the proper under warranty claim form
available by MGF S.r.l. or on its web site (
www.mgfcompressors.it
). It is fundamental to show the
purchasing document of the product. No warranty claim will be recognized without purchasing document.
Customer is responsible for freight charges to MGF in all cases. This warranty does not extend to any
goods or parts which have been subjected to misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, damage by accident
or transit damage. This express warranty excludes all other warranties or representations expressed or
implied by any literature, date or person. MGF’s maximum liability under this exclusive remedy shall
never exceed the cost of the subject product. Unauthorized extensions of warranties by the customer
shall remain the customer’s responsibility. MGF is not responsible or liable for indirect or consequential
damages of any kind however, including but not limited to those for use of any products, loss of time,
inconvenience, lost profit, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential damages with respect to
persons, business, or property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise.
Customer is responsible for determining the suitability of MGF’ s products for customer’s use or resale, or
for incorporating them into objects or applications which customer designs, assemblies, constructs or
manufacturers. This warranty can be modified only by authorized MGF personnel, by signing a specific
written description of any modifications
